Trek Grade :
Nanda Devi TrekNanda Devi is the second highest mountain in India, it is located in the state of Uttarakhand, between the Rishiganga valley on the west and the Goriganga valley on the east. Its name means Bliss-Giving Goddess. The peak is regarded as the patron-goddess of the Uttarakhand Himalaya. It is a two- peaked massif forming a 2 km long ridge towards from east to west. The west summit is higher forming the main peak, and the eastern summit is called as Nanda Devi East. Together the twin peaks are referred to as twin Peaks of Goddess Nanda.
